Mental Health is often put on the back burner of our minds. When I ask my clients why they decided to pursue therapy now, the thoughts my clients have often shared include, “I didn’t want anyone to know I’m struggling.” “I thought I could get through this by myself even though it feels like it’s killing me.” “There’s so much else to do and so many people to take care of, I don’t have time for myself to go to therapy.”
My focus is to help individuals inspire themselves through exploration, healing, and becoming aware of their strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan not created by me, but created by us.
I will be there for you through every step of your journey. My goal is to help you understand and grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and help you to inspire yourself to move forward to where you want to be in your life. If you don't know what that is, that's okay, we can make that part of the counseling process too.
